Hi Pamela Viktoria! How did you know that it was lymph accumulation that caused your nasal labial folds and under eye bags? I pretty much look like your picture before and I'm a lot younger. I've noticed with myself, my folds are more apparent and the skin is more droopy and saggy around my period. Skin returns slightly normal but no where it used to be a few year ago after my period is done. I'm still puzzled as to why I look this way and I'm hoping if it is the lymphatic system, I can solve it somehow. Thanks so much! -anni

Thanks for responding to me! It probably is the lymph then, and your right, it comes and goes so it must be water. The strange thing, yesterday I looked tighter and lifted, I journaled back to see what it could have been, the only thing I could think of is I'm on day 6 of cycle day (estrogen rising) and I ate coleslaw which cabbage is a diuretic food. I don't want to be eating and drinking diuretic foods forever, but still not sure if it's really that. I notice when I drink coconut water that it helps also, maybe I have an electrolyte balance. The strange thing is too, I developed an allergy to spinach. Yes spinach of all things, I can't eat it cooked or raw and I have tried many different brands and markets. I also was recently wearing gold around my neck and developed a huge rash! This has NEVER happened, I have never been allergic to metals so something strange must be going on. Immune system? Endocrine System? I will look into treating those. I have been sugar free, my diet has improved, I'm exercising and doing face exercises as of March. I still see the puffiness and sagginess, I have also been doing the Tanaka lymphatic massage which has helped somewhat. I haven't detoxed exactly, or as extreme as you have, although I know you have tons of discipline which I do not and of course, and it is costly :( but I guess I am willing to try anything! I'm in my late 20's and a lot of people think I'm in my late 30's ouch.
Thank you! I really love your blog! I have been reading it for a while now and I love your progress and how you have changed. I agree that it is a never ending process and I do have to be experimental. I did try something recently, actually by fluke, I went to a friends house over this last weekend where they had a lot of homemade indian food, I know this is going to sound weird, but it cleared me out completely. The last few days my skin has been tighter and more glowy, I have to say its probably something to do with my colon. I am going to research further so I can do some cleanses in order (remove parasites, kidney cleanse, liver etc) and so I think this is gonna help! I am also gonna try more raw foods. And I also recently found out that if I don't eat or drink anything late at night (past 8 p.m.) Then I don't wake up with a puffy face. Although it's not dry fasting per se, I think my body doesn't like late night water intake or food. I am going to watch for my ph and get some testing strips, I am eager to find out what it is, what brand do you recommend? Also, I am extremley low in minerals, as my last dental check ups are concerned I had a ton of cavities, I researched around and these last few months really tried the weston price thing, I am taking colloidal minerals which has only been a month, but I might switch to the brand your taking because that might be a lot better and sounds like it works better. Also no fluoride, haven't used real toothpaste for about 6 months now. I think it's going to take a lot longer for my body to heal, it's not going to happen overnight, I just have to be persistent and take care of myself. Thanks again for your amazing blog, just think, if you didn't start on a detox journey none of us would have the wealth of info that we have now. :) :) :)
