  4. Not sure if my previous post went through so sorry if this posts twice! I just found your blog today (through a Curezone forum) and I have been reading through a bunch of your posts. I'd love to pick your brain about a few things, maybe it's better to contact you via email? I guess my first questions are regarding your lovely hair- do you ever cut or trim it? And do you use organic shampoo or one of the 'no poo' methods? Mine is as long as yours but not as thick as it used to be :(

Looking forward to chatting with you!

  5. Pamela- I am so excited to see your reply! I have posted on many forums and blogs with no response :( I don't mind others reading what plus I do I write so as long as you don't mind I will ask away.

I have red hair so I get lots of comments about it too (I'll be honest I enjoy them!) and since I feel like it's my 'crowning glory' I want to keep it as nice as possible. I have no highlights in my hair and am planning on starting a no poo method as soon as my shampoo runs out. I am scared though to be honest- I don't know how it will go and with a corporate job it's not a great thing to have greasy looking hair. I am down to washing it about twice a week now though and I can keep it looking pretty manageable.

Struggling with low energy after quitting caffeine and doing some research, I started taking a few minerals but it will be so expensive to individually buy all the ones I probably need! I will do research on the above products and definitely purchase them through your site if I decide to do so. I am also going to buy your ebook today!

I was reading through some of the comments on your posts yesterday, you are so helpful and kind. Thank you again for your response, it means a lot to me. I feel really alone on my detox journey. Maybe I should start a blog too :)

  7. Pamela- Thank you so much for the hair tip! I will try that. Do you then condition the rest of your hair and rinse? I have read a lot of the no pooers (haha) use ACV but some just rinse in water. I suppose it just depends on the current state of your hair too.

I have a few of those facial afflictions, plus redness from previous acne scars and the occasional blemish. I thought my scars would be faded by now but no such luck. I plan on doing a couple rounds of parasite cleansing and then starting to remineralize. Your results are definitely promising! I know I have to change my diet too. I am having a hard time parting with dairy and snacky foods like chips and popcorn.

I will for sure let you know if I start a blog. I agree- there are so many doubters! I don't understand why people have to see proof that natural cures work so hard to discredit it's effectiveness when they don't expect the same amount of proof from the dominant medical community. Anyway, we will show them :) The momentum has definitely been building, I'll keep you posted! Now to get the bf on board... haha. Thanks again for your responses. Have a great day!
